A week of yoga in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico with me and my favorite yoga teacher Martha Nelson. Each day we start with a morning yoga session, a peaceful beginning for our adventures – exploring museums, nature conservatories, hot springs, and more before unwinding with a restorative yoga class that gently guides us into a night filled with the beautiful music of San Miguel.

A note about past retreats

Our 2025 San Miguel yoga retreats were so special. It was a healing experience for me as we met soon after Hurricane Helene and I was also finally feeling better, feeling myself, after years of fatigue. Our retreats are intimate, with a majority of our participants retired women -and ages can go up to 85! I absorbed everyone’s stories and their feelings about life and took all the bits of conversations home with me, they fill my heart. ❤
