A week of yoga in Maui! Martha and I planned a week of beautiful views, yoga, water, and marine life – yes! We are hiking, visiting stunning spots in Maui, learning about Polynesian culture, and watching baby whales!!

A note about past retreats

Our 2025 / 2026 San Miguel yoga retreats were so special. The retreat was a healing experience for me as we met soon after Hurricane Helene and I was also finally feeling better, feeling myself, after years of fatigue. Our retreats are an intimate group – our oldest participate so far was 88! I absorbed everyone’s stories and their feelings about life and took all the bits of conversations home with me, they fill my heart. ❤
